How QR sign-in works

  1. Print this page and cut out each card (laminate for durability)
  2. Give each volunteer their card — the QR code is unique to them
  3. When they arrive at an event, they point their phone camera at the QR code
  4. The phone opens the sign-in page and records their attendance automatically — no app needed
  5. View today's sign-ins at /volunteer-admin
