African Australian Albinism Alliance

The African Australian Albinism Alliance (AAAA) is AYC's dedicated branch for African Australians living with albinism. It works to reduce stigma, build community belonging, and support the health, wellbeing, and youth empowerment of people with albinism across Melbourne and beyond.

Sisters by Roots is a culturally grounded sisterhood and wellbeing initiative for African-Australian women and mothers in Melbourne's West. It provides a safe, nurturing space for women to connect, heal, grow, and lead — rooted in African cultural identity and values.

Branch Governance

Each branch is formally recognised under the AYC Inc. constitution (§15.2.5) and operates with its own leadership structure while remaining accountable to the AYC Board. Branches share AYC's values, B-MAD Framework, and commitment to culturally safe service delivery.
