Youth Leadership Program
Our Mission
The African Youth Collective (AYC) runs a Youth Leadership Program every Monday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PMand Saturday from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, designed to empower young people aged 13–25 years to become positive leaders in their communities.
Our program provides a safe and supportive space where young people can:
- Discuss Life & Challenges: Open conversations about personal growth, goals, and challenges.
- Develop Leadership Skills: Learn decision-making, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Make a Positive Impact: Explore ways to create meaningful change for themselves and their communities.
- Connect with Peers: Build networks, friendships, and mentorship opportunities with other motivated youth.
Through this program, AYC encourages young people to take initiative, embrace responsibility, and lead by example. We believe that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders, and by supporting them, we are shaping a brighter future for the African community in Australia.
